The course prepares middle and high school students for effective writing in an academic setting with a particular focus on the organization and development of ideas within paragraphs and essays. Students will improve their writing skills as they address common grammatical concepts and basic paragraph structure and form while creating a heartfelt essay on preferred topics of their own interest.
